EPISODE 85 - MAXIMUM Driftcast: Desert Meihan with Fred Lump, George Marstanovic and Chris Soehren
Today we have a very special show with the people who put together Desert Meihan. They call themselves The Track Society and they did an awesome job at putting one of the most amazing grassroot drifting events! George "The Lumberjack" Marstanovic, Formula Drift veteran and Chris Soehren, local pro-am and grassroots drifter together with Josh Ruiz had a vision about drift events made by drifters for drifters, so they rented Bondurant Racing School's skid pad and made a 1:1 replica of Meihan Sportsland in Japan, and then invited a bunch of awesome drivers like Forrest Wang, Trenton Beechum, Caleb Quanbeck and our next guest Fred Lump Lump, who is known for his involvement with Low Style Heroes and his super sweet 4 door 2JZ powered Infiniti Q45 and also his overall nice and positive attitude.
This made Desert Meihan an incredible event full of non stop drifting, insane entries, crazy wall rides and a lot of fiberglass and sheet metal contact into the concrete rails. So check this one out if you want to know more about this individuals.

Today our guest is the man who dared to bring a brand that no other man has brought to Formula Drift. Today we have Taylor Hull, the man who is bringing a Cadillac to the 2018 season! Today we have Lone Star Drift's Aaron Losey and Sonoma Drift's Faruk Kugay who also drives Formula Drift Pro. We wanted shed some light over some misunderstandings from previous statements made by Losey which caused a bit of controversy on the internet in hopes of making sure the right message is sent. Also we talk about the difference between grassroots and professional drifting and overall explore more about the future plans for this two drift event organizers.

Today we have Alexi Smith "Noriyaro" who was the announcer for this weekend's FIA Intercontinental Drift Cup and is very familiar with D1 and their format, and also Ryan Lanteigne, who was a judge at FIA Drift as well but has more experience as a Formula Drift judge. We talked about the pros and cons about this new event and what can be done to make it a better event in the future.
EPISODE 75: The Gross Champion Meets The Nofa with Nick Gross and Chelsea DeNofa
Today we have Southwest Drift ProAm champion Nick Gross who is a great example of how to consistently run a ProAm program and come up victorious, and also his second favorite pro drifter Chelsea DeNofa, who gave us an update on his RTR Mustang experience and what he's got planned for next year.

Today we have a very special panel. Forrest Wang's former crew chief Garret Nikolich who not only won Crew Chief of the year at Formula Drift, but also knows pretty much every technical aspect of drifting. And also Matt Dale, Southwest Drift Round 4 champion and 2JZ enthusiast who pretty much put a clinic on how to properly do and win a Pro Am round this past weekend.

Finally we got Dylan Hughes who just debuted as a professional drifter at Seattle Pro 2 and got all the way to the 2nd place after having all the "one more time" battles a driver could ever have.
